Challenge

• The incident caused widespread damages, with soot, ash, char, and odour spreading extensively throughout the building.
• The school’s common hallways functioned as a cold air return system which pressurized the school distributing contaminants to multiple areas.

Results

The project concluded in May 2017, just three months after the initial loss.

Approach

As a result, comprehensive fire restoration services were required, including detailed cleaning, deodorization, and replacement of affected materials.
