Details: In February 2024, a deep freeze caused multiple sprinkler line breaks, resulting in widespread water damage throughout the building.

The full restoration was completed by October 2024.

Approach

• Upon notification, Premier Fire and Flood Restoration responded immediately to begin mitigation and restoration
• All affected materials were removed down to the studs, and the entire sprinkler system was replaced.
