In 2022, I experienced a sewer back up in my basement resulting in the removal of drywall and carpet. Premier F & F came to my town(2 hours away) in good time and provided a quote which was accepted by my insurance company. Much of the job was subcontracted to NM construction(Edmonton) who did a fabulous job replacing insulation, vapour barrier and gyprock. They also painted the entire basement and redid all the window, door and floor casings. Roy’l Plumbing(Edson), Dave’s Pool Table Service(Edmonton) and Flor-Lay(Hinton) were also utilized. All of these companies that Brad uses did superb work and did it on time. Brad was wonderful at keeping me informed as to the construction details and so did all of the subcontractors. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Brad from Premier F & F(Whitecourt) for any restoration work. Everyone was amazing! Thanks
I recently had my bathroom restored. Your employee Ash’s work was fantastic. The ceiling looks better than the rest of the other rooms and his “touch up” painting was fantastic. You cannot see the difference in the blend. Ash was courteous, friendly and professional. Most people take time to COMPLAIN about employees. I would like you to know you have a valuable employee and give kudos to Ash. It is nice to meet people that are personable and take pride in their work these days. Thank you Ash. The unit above mine had a water leak which soaked everything in my master bathroom. Ash, the restoration guy and Cam, the project manager, went above and beyond to get everything fixed up and looking good as new. Highly recommend their services
As a professional in the same industry, Premier Fire and Flood are a very reputable contractor. They have experienced project managers that add such diversity to their team. Personally our company have worked with most of their PM’s, professional and provide fair and reasonable pricing. Cam Toma just completed a large loss for the whole claims team and we have a very happy insured.

Just thought I should drop a quick note letting you know how happy we are with the restoration. The subcontractors have all been extremely professional and personable. And their quality of work has been wonderful. As my father (at 86 years of age) is the one home, it has been great to have such understanding folks to work with.
