Jessica began her career in the restoration industry in 2019 after transitioning from a background in social work and other professional fields. She was seeking a new challenge and quickly found her strength in the industry’s fast-paced, problem-solving environment, where guiding clients through complex situations with clarity and confidence is essential.
Her field experience is primarily focused on large-loss projects such as mitigating water damage at Rogers Place and performing structural drying efforts in hospital facilities. She supported hurricane-related response efforts in Prince Edward Island and the wildfire and smoke damage response during the Jasper wildfire event in Alberta.
Jessica holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Trauma & Crime Scene, and Carpet Cleaning. These credentials, combined with her hands-on field experience, allow her to accurately assess losses, develop detailed scopes of work, and ensure projects are completed in accordance with industry standards and insurance requirements.
Now in a Project Manager role with Premier Fire & Flood Restoration, Jessica applies her technical expertise and field experience to manage projects efficiently from assessment through completion, ensuring each project is delivered to a high standard.
