Jared Cazes brings over two decades of industrial and restoration experience to his current role at Premier Fire & Flood Restoration Inc. From 2002 to 2021, Jared worked with Local Union 488 at Syncrude Canada, beginning as an apprentice Steamfitter and progressing to Journeyman Steamfitter/Pipefitter and Welder. His career quickly advanced as he moved into leadership roles including piping foreman, general foreman, supervisor, and ultimately shift lead for Syncrude’s Critical Task Force. In that role, he was responsible for mitigating major plant upsets including fires, floods, and explosions. Jared also became deeply involved in the inspection and certification of insured and registered piping and vessels for the Government of Canada, authoring two currently held codes for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and earning numerous specialized certifications in water and steam systems.
Following a year-long hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jared transitioned into the restoration industry. He joined Premier Fire & Flood Restoration Inc. in 2023 and has since become an essential member of the team. In under two years, he has already contributed significantly to managing large, complex loss projects. His technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and leadership background have made his transition into this new field both impactful and rewarding. Jared is proud to be part of a team that continues to take on challenging work with professionalism and excellence.
