Meet Brad, a restoration industry professional with a passion for helping people get back on their feet after disaster strikes. Brad got his start in the industry during the Fort McMurray fires in 2016, working as a technician in the field mitigating losses. He quickly worked his way up to a Crew Lead position, working primarily on large loss projects.
In 2017, while working for a competitor, Brad was dispatched to Puerto Rico to assist in restoring hotels on the U.S Virgin Islands of St Thomas, as well as with residential cleanups from the Hurricane disasters of Irma and Maria. Unfortunately, he was unable to return home when Hurricane Maria ravaged the Virgin Islands, but he bravely held fort and assisted with the restoration efforts. Even after the storm passed, Brad stayed for several more months to continue helping the local residents restore their properties.
Brad continued to hone his skills, earning IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration and Water Damage Restoration. In 2018, he began his career in project management and joined Premier Fire & Flood in 2020, where he continues to manage projects of all scales.
Thanks to his field experience as a technician and project manager, Brad is intimately familiar with the procedures and requirements for insurance claims on all types of losses and scales. He takes pride in connecting with his field technicians on a personal level, earning their respect as a former tech himself. You may even find him surprising his crews with a site visit to chat about the job at hand and bringing lunch or coffee to keep morale levels high.
Brad is committed to continuing his career on a high note as a proud member of the Premier Fire & Flood team. With his skills, knowledge, and dedication, he is ready to help you overcome any restoration challenge you may face.
