Aaron comes from a construction family who owned and operated a roof truss manufacturing plant. He started in restoration approximately 19 years ago following a short career in media and publishing. Starting as a Technician in 2004, Aaron advanced in the industry with a keen interest in improving processes and safety protocols. Promoted to the role of Project Manager in 2007, and again to General Manager in 2016, Aaron maintained those goals and brought the perspective of the field to management.
Throughout his tenure he has gained IICRC certifications for Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying, along with certificates for ACM, WHMIS, POST, and others. Aaron has extensive experience with residential, multi-dwelling residential, light industrial, commercial, and care facilities in all types of damage: impact, fire, flood, weather-related, particulate contamination, and biohazard.
Aaron is also engaged in his community as a Director in his local community league, and has been actively involved in fundraising efforts with the Stollery Children’s Hospital, Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, Cystic Fibrosis Canada, and many others over the past 15 years. He enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, music & arts, and adventure motorcycle riding.
